Welcome to Osiomax ("Osiomax", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

Osiomax provides software tools that enable users to create product mockups, generate mockups in bulk, download generated assets, and connect supported third-party e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.

By accessing or using Osiomax, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

By creating an account, you represent that:

• The information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Registration

• Shopify integration.

• Future premium features and integrations.

The Service may evolve over time and features may be added, modified, suspended, or removed without prior notice.

5. Ownership of User Content

Users retain full ownership of all designs, artwork, logos, images, trademarks, and other content uploaded to Osiomax.

Osiomax does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

6. License Granted to Osiomax

By uploading content, you grant Osiomax a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely for the purpose of:

• Processing uploads.
• Generating mockups.
• Creating previews.
• Delivering downloads.
• Operating requested integrations.
• Maintaining and improving the Service.

This license automatically terminates when your uploaded files are deleted from our systems except where retention is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights to use uploaded content.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content; or
• You possess all required licenses, permissions, and authorizations.

You may not upload content that infringes:

• Copyrights.
• Trademarks.
• Patents.
• Trade secrets.
• Privacy rights.
• Publicity rights.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not use Osiomax to upload, create, distribute, or promote:

• Illegal content.
• Copyright-infringing content.
• Counterfeit products.
• Malware.
• Fraudulent content.
• Defamatory content.
• Harassing content.
• Threatening content.
• Hate speech.
• Terrorist content.
• Child exploitation material.
• Content that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove prohibited content without notice.

9. Shopify Integration

Osiomax may allow users to connect Shopify stores.

You acknowledge that:

• Shopify is an independent third-party service.
• Osiomax is not affiliated with Shopify unless expressly stated.
• Shopify services are governed by Shopify's own terms and policies.
• Osiomax is not responsible for Shopify outages, policy changes, or platform restrictions.

Users are responsible for maintaining their Shopify accounts.

10. Temporary Storage of Uploaded Files

Uploaded designs may be stored temporarily to provide requested services.

We may delete uploaded files, generated mockups, and related assets at any time after processing, subject to operational requirements.

Users should maintain their own backups.

11. Generated Mockups

Generated mockups are provided for informational and commercial use by the user.

Osiomax does not guarantee:

• Marketplace acceptance.
• Product sales.
• Image accuracy across all devices.
• Printing results from third-party providers.

Users remain responsible for reviewing generated assets before publication.

12. Future Paid Services

The Service is currently offered without subscription fees.

Osiomax reserves the right to introduce:

• Subscription plans.
• Usage-based pricing.
• Credit systems.
• Premium features.

Any fees will be disclosed before becoming applicable.

13. Availability of Service

Osiomax does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance.
• Software updates.
• Security incidents.
• Technical failures.
• Third-party service interruptions.

We are not liable for losses arising from temporary outages.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Engage in unlawful conduct.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Osiomax during the preceding twelve months.

• Your uploaded content.
• Your use of the Service.
