This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of Osiomax ("we", "our", or "us"), a platform that provides mockup generation, design upload tools, bulk processing features, and Shopify integration services.
By using Osiomax, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
1. General Principle
Osiomax is designed for legitimate print-on-demand sellers, designers, and businesses to create and manage product mockups. You must use the platform responsibly, legally, and in a way that does not harm others or the service.
2. Prohibited Content
You may NOT upload, generate, store, or distribute content that includes:
- Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use
- Trademark-infringing logos or brand impersonation
- Counterfeit product designs
- Illegal goods or services
- Fraudulent or deceptive content
- Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
- Harassment, bullying, or threats
- Sexually explicit or pornographic material
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Violence or graphic harm content
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code embedded in files
3. Intellectual Property Violations
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights to any content you upload.
Uploading content that infringes on another party’s intellectual property may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
4. Misuse of the Platform
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated abuse tools without permission
- Overload or interfere with system performance
- Bypass usage limits or security features
- Resell or white-label the service without authorization
5. Account Abuse
We may take action if we detect:
- Fake or misleading account information
- Multiple accounts used for abuse or evasion
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
6. Shopify Integration Rules
If you connect Shopify or any supported e-commerce platform, you must comply with both Osiomax policies and Shopify’s own policies.
You may not use Osiomax to create or publish listings that violate Shopify’s rules or applicable laws.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove any content at our discretion
- Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice
- Restrict access to certain features
- Report illegal activity to relevant authorities
8. Temporary Storage and Processing
Uploaded files are processed temporarily to generate mockups and may be deleted automatically after processing.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original designs and generated outputs.
9. No Guarantee of Review
We do not manually review all content uploaded to the platform. However, we reserve the right to review and remove content at any time.
