Osiomax respects intellectual property rights and expects users of our platform to do the same. This Copyright and DMCA Policy explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement and how rights holders can report violations.

Osiomax is a platform that allows users to upload designs and generate product mockups for print-on-demand businesses. We do not actively monitor all user-generated content, but we respond to valid copyright complaints.
2. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on Osiomax infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA-style takedown request by providing the following information:

3. Our Response to Claims
Upon receiving a valid complaint, Osiomax may:

4. Counter Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your contact details
- Identification of the removed content
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error
- Your consent to jurisdiction for dispute resolution (if required by law)
- Your signature
We may restore content if a valid counter-notice is received and no legal action is initiated by the original claimant.
5. Repeat Infringers
Osiomax reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
6. Limitations
We act as a service provider and do not pre-screen user uploads. We cannot guarantee that all content on the platform is original or properly licensed.
Rights holders are responsible for monitoring and reporting unauthorized use of their intellectual property.
7. False Claims
Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in legal consequences and/or suspension of your access to Osiomax.
8. Temporary Storage of Content
Uploaded files may be stored temporarily for processing mockups and may be deleted after processing or upon request.
